From outside, it sounds like you have a very unfriendly dog inside. It also can announce visitors with a chime or alarm. The radar sensitivity is adjustable from 10-20 feet. Volume is also adjustable. Stands 9 inches tall. Powered by AC power supply. Also takes 8 AA back-up batteries (not included) in case of power loss. Unit needs to face in the direction you want to detect motion. Detection is limited from the sides and rear. The included remote control lets you Arm and Disarm the system, as well as set off a Panic alarm. You can also connect additional sensors (HA-MOTION, HA-MOTION-OD or HA-SENSOR). Can add up to 16 additional sensors to monitor larger areas.

RETURN POLICY (non-defective)
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in NEW/UNUSED, fully functional, and undamaged condition. Please provide a complete description of the reason for return. Returns must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ($10.00 for this unit) AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. Products Damaged During Shipment.
Occasionally products are damaged in shipment. We will gladly give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise or replace. You should immediately inspect the delivery for shipping damage and contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY to report any damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Sometimes damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is very important that YOU CAREFULLY CHECK FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DAMAGE. If the damage is obvious, you should accept the delivery and note the damage on the shipment and contact us to arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a refund issued. Once we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will have the item returned and replaced. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note that the shipping companies operating on our behalf will only make one attempt at pick-up. Thereafter, any subsequent pick-ups may be at the expense of the customer
Defective Products
Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Please contact Wacky Hippo for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Please provide a complete description of the problem and pictures if possible. Buyer will be emailed a prepaid return label. Once the unit is returned, however, if it turns out the unit IS NOT defective, we will deduct the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs from the buyers refund.
