How do I pay for my item?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can use your credit card or PayPal funds. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay through PayPal.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Normal order processing time is 1-2 business days. Most of our orders are shipped Fedex or UPS Ground (2-6 days depending where you live).
Does Wacky Hippo provide warranty service?
NO! All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. We will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. In most cases buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from repair facility. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.
Can I cancel my order after I submit it?
Because we use an automated order process, once we receive your order, it cannot be cancelled in most cases. If we are able to cancel your order after submitting and paying, prior to shipping, the order will be cancelled and refunded MINUS PayPal transaction fees.
